CONSULTATION FOR CONCESSIONS STAND SET-UP FOR WEEKEND FALL FARM EVENTS/ CORN MAZE EVENTS.
FACILITY WILL BE OFFERING HOT DOGS, BURGER, POLISHES AND POPCORN FOR THESE EVENTS. COOKING SET UP IS OUTSIDE THE BARN UTILIZING A TENT CANOPY FOR OVERHEAD PROTECTION. COLD STORAGE IS INSIDE THE SAME BARN. THE BARN IS THE ONE NEXT TO THE FARM STAND THE HOLDS A ROUTINE FOOD LICENSE. FACILITY WILL BE ALLOWED FOR THE REST OF THIS YEARS SEASON TO OPERATE THE CONCESSIONS AS PART OF THE FARM STANDS ROUTINE MEDIUM RISK LICENSE. NEXT YEAR WE WILL FINISH UP THE OUT DOOR GRILLING PERMIT AND START WITH THE UPDATE FOOD LICENSE FEES. $100 FOR THE OUTDOOR GRILLING PERMIT AND $350 FOR THE ROUTINE FOOD LICENSE.
